👤 Age, Weight & Health Restrictions

• Minimum age: 6 years (with parental consent)
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
• Weight requirements:
  • Minimum combined: ~50 kg
  • Maximum combined: ~180–200 kg (may vary by provider)
• Not suitable for:
  • Pregnant women
  • Individuals with heart, back, or neck issues
  • People with severe height phobia or seasickness

🕓 Booking & Timing

• Advance bookings are required, especially on weekends & holidays
• Flight duration: 10–15 minutes in the air
• Total experience time (including boat ride & preparation): 45 minutes to 1 hour

🌊 Weather Dependency

• Subject to weather and sea conditions
• Trips may be rescheduled or canceled in case of strong winds or rain
• Flight safety is at the discretion of the operator

🛥️ Safety & Equipment

• Life jackets and harnesses are mandatory
• Safety briefing provided before the activity
• All flights managed by licensed and insured professionals

💳 Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled flight
• No refund for late cancellations or no-shows
• Weather-related cancellations will be fully refunded or rescheduled

👕 Dress Code & Essentials

• Wear swimwear or quick-dry activewear
• Bring sunglasses with a strap and waterproof camera (if permitted)
• Avoid wearing loose clothes or accessories that may fall off
