Before you indulge in luxury at Atlantis The Palm, here are the important rules & guidelines to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Ticketing & Entry Rules

• Tickets are non-refundable & non-transferable.
• Online booking is recommended for guaranteed entry and discounts.
• Children under 2 years may enter Aquaventure Waterpark for free (ID required).
• Re-entry is NOT permitted after leaving the park.
• Combo tickets available for Aquaventure and Lost Chambers at discounted prices.

Safety & Park Rules

• Height and weight restrictions apply for certain attractions (e.g., the Leap of Faith slide).
• Appropriate swimwear must be worn for all waterpark activities.
• No outside food or drinks allowed inside the park (exceptions for baby food & medical requirements).
• Personal photography is allowed; however, no professional photography or filming without prior approval.
• Pets are not permitted in the resort or attractions.

Aquaventure Waterpark Rules

• Some slides may close temporarily due to weather conditions or maintenance.
• Certain attractions may have height, weight, or age limits for safety reasons.
• Wear appropriate swimwear at all times.
• Locker rentals available to store your valuables while enjoying the park.

Lost Chambers Aquarium Rules

• Dress code – Swimwear is not permitted inside the aquarium exhibits (unless you are at the waterpark).
• Photography is permitted but please avoid using flash or disturbing the marine life.
• Children must be supervised at all times when interacting with exhibits or participating in activities.
