Ticketing & Entry Rules

• Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used on the date of purchase.
• Children under 3 years old can enter free of charge (valid ID may be required).
• Online pre-booking is recommended for priority entry and to ensure access during peak hours.
• Group bookings and VIP tickets may have special entry times, so be sure to check in advance.
• Entry is time-sensitive: Tickets are valid only for the time slot selected.

General Visitor Rules

• All same day bookings are subject to availability. Please check with us before booking for same day and we’ll do our best to confirm your reservation.
• If tickets for your chosen dates are sold out, we’ll offer the next available date.
• We are not responsible for venue issues or delays caused by incorrect information.
