Age & Health Guidelines

• Recommended Age: 3 years and above
• Not suitable for:
  • Pregnant women
  • Individuals with back, neck, or heart problems
  • Children under 3 (unless on a private safari without dune bashing)
• Guests should be in moderate physical condition

Activity Restrictions

• Dune bashing can be skipped upon request (recommended for seniors or those with medical concerns)
• Quad biking, dune buggies, and camel rides are typically optional and may incur extra charges
• Some activities may require signing a waiver

Timing & Transfers

• Pick-up & drop-off available from Dubai hotels and residences
• Choose between shared or private 4×4 transfers
• Pick-up usually between 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM depending on season & location

Weather & Safety

• Activities are subject to weather conditions
• Experiences may be rescheduled during sandstorms or extreme temperatures
• All vehicles are insured and operated by licensed safari drivers

Booking & Cancellation

• Advance booking is advised, especially in peak season
• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour
• No-shows or late cancellations may incur full charges

Dress Code & Essentials

• Wear light, breathable clothes; carry a jacket in cooler months
• Closed shoes or secure sandals recommended for desert walking
• Don’t forget sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat
• Modest attire is appreciated out of cultural respect

Photography & Drones

• Cameras are welcome – capture the beauty of dunes and live performances
• Drones may be restricted under UAE airspace laws – check with your operator first

Booking Terms & Conditions

• All bookings are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Tickets will be emailed to you within 2–3 hours after booking.
• Please ensure your email and personal details are correct.
• All same day bookings are subject to availability. Please check with us before booking for same day and we’ll do our best to confirm your reservation.
• If tickets for your chosen dates are sold out, we’ll offer the next available date.
• We are not responsible for venue issues or delays caused by incorrect information.
