Before visiting or participating in activities at Dubai Autodrome, please review the following terms and conditions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience:

Tickets & Entry

• Non-Refundable: Tickets purchased for entry or events are non-refundable. Please verify all ticket details before finalizing the purchase.
• Ticket Validity: Tickets are valid for the specific date and time selected during booking. Entry will not be permitted outside the designated time or date.
• Age Restrictions: Some activities or experiences may have age, height, or weight restrictions. Participants must meet the minimum requirements, which will be specified on the activity page.
• Group & Corporate Bookings: Special rates are available for group bookings and corporate events. Minimum group size requirements apply for discounts and special packages.

Driving Experiences

• License Requirement: Drivers must hold a valid driving license. An international driving permit may be required for non-UAE residents.

• Insurance: Driving experiences include basic damage insurance. Additional options may be available.
• Damage to Vehicles: Participants are responsible for vehicle damage during the experience. Repair costs will apply.

Motorsport Events

• Event Tickets: Non-refundable. Rescheduling may be possible based on availability.
• Spectator Guidelines: Follow all safety instructions. Non-compliance may result in removal without refund.
• Weather Conditions: Events may be delayed or canceled due to weather or other conditions.

General Conduct

• Respectful Behavior: Inappropriate behavior may lead to immediate removal from the premises.
• Safety Compliance: Wear appropriate gear and follow all safety instructions.
• Supervision of Children: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Vehicles & Parking

• Vehicle Use: Only authorized vehicles may use the track during events unless otherwise stated.
• Parking: Available but limited on event days. Dubai Autodrome is not responsible for parked vehicles.

Promotions & Discounts

• Promotions: Subject to availability and cannot be combined unless stated.
• Voucher Redemption: Must be used during booking or entry. Not exchangeable for cash.

Liability & Safety

• Personal Responsibility: Participation is at the visitor’s own risk. Dubai Autodrome is not liable for injuries or damages.

Cancellations & Changes
