• Ticket Prices: Vary based on type and timing. Available online and at the gate.
• Children’s Policy: Children under 3 typically enter free. Others require a valid ticket.
• Non-Refundable: All ticket sales are final. No refunds for cancellations or changes.

Operating Hours & Timing

• General Hours: 4 PM to Midnight. Check for special event updates.
• Last Entry: 30 minutes before closing time.
• Special Closures: Possible during maintenance or private events.

Visitor Conduct & Safety

• Respectful Behavior: Required at all times. Violators may be removed without refund.
• Child Supervision: Children must be supervised by an adult.
• No Smoking: Smoking only in designated outdoor areas.

Booking Terms & Conditions

• All bookings are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Tickets will be emailed to you within 2–3 hours after booking.

• All same day bookings are subject to availability. Please check with us before booking for same day and we’ll do our best to confirm your reservation.
• If tickets for your chosen dates are sold out, we’ll offer the next available date.
• We are not responsible for venue issues or delays caused by incorrect information.
