Tickets & Entry

• Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
• Tickets are valid only on the date of visit.
• Children below 3 years enter free with valid ID proof.
• Each guest must have a valid ticket to enter the park.

Park Timings

• The park is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (timings may vary).
• Entry closes 1 hour before park closing time.

Attractions & Services

• Access to different villages/zones is included in the ticket.
• Safari Journey or special experiences may have separate tickets or age restrictions.
• Food, beverages, and souvenirs are available at additional cost inside the park.

Visitor Conduct

• Respect all park rules and staff instructions.
• Do not feed or disturb the animals.

Safety & Liability

Photography

Booking Terms & Conditions

• All bookings are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Tickets will be emailed to you within 2–3 hours after booking.
• Please ensure your email and personal details are correct.
• All same day bookings are subject to availability. Please check with us before booking for same day and we’ll do our best to confirm your reservation.
• If tickets for your chosen dates are sold out, we’ll offer the next available date.
• We are not responsible for venue issues or delays caused by incorrect information.
• We act as a ticketing agent and are not liable for any issues during your visit.
