Before visiting Global Village, please review the following terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience:
Tickets & Entry
- Advance Booking: It is recommended to purchase tickets in advance to avoid long queues, especially during peak seasons, weekends, or holidays.
- Ticket Types: Entry fees may vary depending on the day, time, or type of visitor (adult, child, senior, or group). Special tickets may be available for events or attractions.
- Children’s Tickets: Children under 3 years old may enter free of charge, while children above that age require a full-price ticket.
- Non-Refundable: Tickets are generally non-refundable once purchased. Please ensure the ticket is correct before purchasing.
Operating Hours & Timing
- Opening & Closing Hours: Global Village operates typically from November to April, with operating hours from 4:00 PM to midnight. Specific hours may change based on events or holidays.
- Last Entry: Last entry is generally allowed 30 minutes before closing time. Visitors should plan accordingly to ensure sufficient time to explore the park.
Visitor Behavior & Safety
- Respectful Behavior: Visitors must behave in a respectful manner toward other guests, staff, and performers. Disruptive behavior or unruly actions will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the venue without a refund.
- Children’s Supervision: Children must be supervised by adults at all times while within Global Village. The park is not liable for any accidents or injuries due to lack of supervision.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed within most areas of Global Village. Designated smoking areas may be provided in certain sections of the park.
- Pets: Pets and animals are not allowed in Global Village, with the exception of guide dogs and service animals.
Attractions & Entertainment
- Attraction Availability: All rides and attractions are subject to availability. Certain attractions may be temporarily closed for maintenance or special events. The management reserves the right to alter the availability of any attractions or performances without prior notice.
- Live Shows: Global Village hosts live performances and shows, which are included with your entry ticket. Please check the daily schedule for specific timings and events.
- Ride Restrictions: For safety reasons, some rides or attractions may have height, age, or weight restrictions. Ensure you meet these criteria before participating.
Payment & Fees
- Food & Merchandise: All food, beverages, and merchandise purchased at Global Village are not included in the entry ticket price. Additional charges apply at food stalls, restaurants, and retail outlets.
- Payment Methods: Payments within Global Village can be made via cash, credit card, or debit card. Mobile payment options such as Apple Pay and Google Pay may also be available at certain locations.
Liability & Safety
- Personal Belongings: Global Village is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Visitors are advised to keep their personal items secure at all times.
- Accidents & Injuries: Global Village is not liable for any accidents or injuries that occur due to visitor negligence. Please follow safety guidelines and instructions from staff at all attractions and areas.
Promotions & Discounts
- Discounts: Special promotions, discounts, and seasonal offers may be available, but these cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. Always check the terms and conditions of discounts before purchasing tickets or products.
- Voucher Validity: If you have a promotional voucher, ensure that it is valid before use. Vouchers may have an expiry date or be subject to other restrictions.
Booking Terms & Conditions
- All bookings are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Tickets will be emailed to you within 2–3 hours after booking.
- Please ensure your email and personal details are correct.
- All same day bookings are subject to availability. Please check with us before booking for same day and we’ll do our best to confirm your reservation.
- If tickets for your chosen dates are sold out, we’ll offer the next available date.
- We are not responsible for venue issues or delays caused by incorrect information.
- We act as a ticketing agent and are not liable for any issues during your visit.
