KidZania Dubai – Terms & Conditions

Ticketing & Entry

• Non-Refundable Tickets: All purchases are final and non-refundable.
• Age Limits: For children aged 4–16. Kids under 3 enter free with an adult.
• Adult Supervision: One adult (18+) enters free per child. Additional adults need tickets.
• Ticket Validity: Valid only for the selected date and time.

Opening Hours & Changes

• Operating Hours: Open daily from 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
• Temporary Closures: May occur due to maintenance or private events. Rescheduling or refund options provided if affected.

Visitor Conduct & Safety

• Parental Supervision: Parents must supervise children in designated zones.
• Dress Code: Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes. Entry may be denied if not properly dressed.
• Behavior: Inappropriate conduct leads to removal without refund.

Photography & Media

• Personal Photography: Allowed for non-commercial use. Flash may be restricted.
• Commercial Filming: Requires prior written permission.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• No Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling: Contact at least 48 hours in advance. Subject to availability and fees.
• No-Show: Missed bookings are void and non-refundable.

Health & Safety Protocols

• COVID-19 Safety: Adheres to local guidelines – masks, distancing, sanitization.
• Medical Help: Available onsite. Notify staff if needed.

Sustainability & Environment

• Eco Practices: Guests are encouraged to reduce waste, recycle, and act sustainably.

Changes to Attractions

• Modifications: Attractions/services may change without notice. No refunds in such cases.

• Accessibility: Fully accessible. Staff assistance available on request.

Booking Terms & Conditions

• All bookings are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Tickets will be emailed to you within 2–3 hours after booking.
• Please ensure your email and personal details are correct.
• All same day bookings are subject to availability. Please check with us before booking for same day and we’ll do our best to confirm your reservation.
• If tickets for your chosen dates are sold out, we’ll offer the next available date.
• We are not responsible for venue issues or delays caused by incorrect information.
• We act as a ticketing agent and are not liable for any issues during your visit.
