To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience on the Lotus Mega Yacht Dinner Cruise, please review the following terms and conditions:

Ticketing & Entry Rules

• Non-refundable & non-transferable: Tickets cannot be refunded or transferred once purchased.
• Advance reservations: Required due to the exclusive nature of the cruise. Book early to secure your spot.
• Children under 5: Free entry if seated on a parent’s lap. Please check with the cruise operator for age-related restrictions.
• VIP tickets: Provide premium seating and exclusive services for an upgraded experience.
• Boarding time: Arrive 30–45 minutes before departure to ensure a smooth check-in. Late arrivals may miss the cruise.

Dining & Food Policies

• No outside food or drinks: Guests may not bring their own food, drinks, or alcohol onboard.
• Alcohol: Available for purchase. Valid ID is required for alcohol consumption.
• Dietary restrictions: Inform the cruise operator at least 48 hours in advance about vegetarian, vegan, halal, or gluten-free needs.
• Menu customizations: Subject to availability and may not be possible on the day of the cruise.

Art & Entertainment Guidelines

• Photography and video: Guests may take personal photos. Professional equipment and drones require prior approval.
• Live entertainment: Music and performances vary depending on the cruise schedule.

Health & Safety Guidelines

• COVID-19 measures: Follow current guidelines such as mask-wearing, social distancing, and sanitization (if applicable).
• Health conditions: Inform the crew upon arrival of any concerns. First-aid facilities are available onboard.
• Seasickness: The ride is usually calm, but bring necessary medication if you’re prone to motion sickness.

Operational Changes & Cancellations

• Weather conditions: Cruises may be rescheduled or canceled due to bad weather or unforeseen issues. Guests will be notified and offered refunds or new dates.
• Cancellations by guest: Must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
• Late arrivals: Guests who miss boarding time will not be allowed onboard, and no refunds will be issued.

Location & Timings

• Departure: The yacht sets sail from Dubai Marina. Be sure to arrive at the designated boarding point on time.
• Timing: Boarding begins at 7:00 PM; cruise departs at 8:00 PM. Subject to change based on events or cruise schedule.

Group & Private Bookings

• Group bookings: Special rates and packages available. Contact for customized options for weddings, corporate events, or celebrations.
• Private charters: Available for a fully exclusive experience.

Booking Terms & Conditions

• All bookings are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Tickets will be emailed to you within 2–3 hours after booking.
• Please ensure your email and personal details are correct.
• All same day bookings are subject to availability. Please check with us before booking for same day and we’ll do our best to confirm your reservation.
• If tickets for your chosen dates are sold out, we’ll offer the next available date.
• We are not responsible for venue issues or delays caused by incorrect information.
• We act as a ticketing agent and are not liable for any issues during your visit.
