Ticketing & Entry Rules

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.

• Children under 4 years: Free entry if seated on a parent’s lap, but special pricing applies for children over the age of 4.

Cancellations & Operational Changes

• Cancellations by guests: Guests must cancel or reschedule their bookings at least 48 hours before the scheduled cruise for a full refund.
• Late arrivals: Guests who arrive after the scheduled departure time may not be allowed to board. No refunds will be given for missed departures.

Location & Timings

• Departure Location: The Ocean Empress departs from Dubai Marina. The exact boarding point will be provided upon confirmation of booking.
• Timings: The cruise typically departs at 8:00 PM, with boarding beginning around 7:00 PM. Please arrive early to avoid delays.

Group & Private Bookings

• Group bookings: Special group rates are available for large parties or corporate events. Please inquire for personalized packages.
• Private Charters: The yacht is available for private charters for special events, including weddings, parties, or corporate functions. Customizations to the dining and entertainment options are available upon request.

Booking Terms & Conditions

• Tickets will be emailed to you within 2–3 hours after booking.
• Please ensure your email and personal details are correct.
• All same day bookings are subject to availability. Please check with us before booking for same day and we’ll do our best to confirm your reservation.
• If tickets for your chosen dates are sold out, we’ll offer the next available date.
• We are not responsible for venue issues or delays caused by incorrect information.
• We act as a ticketing agent and are not liable for any issues during your visit.
