Private Limousine Rental – Terms & Conditions

Before booking a private limousine rental for your celebration in Dubai, please review the following terms and conditions to ensure a smooth experience.

Booking & Payment

• Advance Booking: Reserve in advance, especially during holidays or weekends. Confirmation usually requires a deposit or full payment.
• Payment: Full payment is typically required before the rental date. Accepted methods include credit/debit card and other available options.
• Cancellation Policy:
  • Cancellations made 24+ hours before the rental: Full refund (minus processing fees).
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours: Non-refundable.
  • No Show: Full rental fee will be charged.

Rental Duration & Extension

• Minimum Duration: Typically 3–4 hours for celebrations.
• Extensions: Additional charges apply for time beyond agreement. Subject to vehicle availability.

Chauffeur & Service

• Professional Chauffeurs: All drivers are licensed and trained to ensure a smooth and safe ride.
• Chauffeur Conduct: Guests must treat chauffeurs respectfully. Misconduct can result in immediate service termination without a refund.
• Route & Parking: Chauffeurs choose the best route. The renter covers any parking fees, tolls, or traffic fines.

Event-Specific Terms

• Decor & Requests: Discuss special requests (e.g., décor, champagne) at least 48 hours in advance. Subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
• Alcohol Policy: May be allowed with prior arrangement. Guests must follow local alcohol laws. Provider may require a serving license.
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the limousine.

Damages & Responsibility

• Vehicle Damage: Renter is liable for any damage (intentional or accidental) including stains, broken items, etc.
• Cleaning Fees: Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning charges.
• Lost/Stolen Items: Provider is not responsible. Passengers should secure their belongings.

General Terms

• Availability: Subject to availability. Alternative vehicles may be offered if needed.
• Safety: Seatbelt use is required where applicable. Injuries due to non-compliance are not the provider’s responsibility.
• Liability: Provider is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events, but will aim to keep schedule.

Location & Service Limitations

• Service Areas: Primarily within Dubai. Extra charges may apply for areas outside city limits.
• Event Access: Renter must ensure venue access and parking for the limousine.

Booking Terms & Conditions

• All bookings are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Tickets will be emailed to you within 2–3 hours after booking.
• Please ensure your email and personal details are correct.
• All same day bookings are subject to availability. Please check with us before booking for same day and we’ll do our best to confirm your reservation.
• If tickets for your chosen dates are sold out, we’ll offer the next available date.
• We are not responsible for venue issues or delays caused by incorrect information.
• We act as a ticketing agent and are not liable for any issues during your visit.
