Ticketing & Entry Rules

• Non-refundable & non-transferable: All tickets are final once purchased.
• Advance booking required: This exclusive experience has limited seating. Book early, especially during holidays.
• Assigned seating: Please arrive on time to claim your reserved seat. Late arrivals may not be accommodated.
• Age policy: Guests must be 10 years or older to attend.

Dining & Food Policies

• No outside food/drinks: Kindly refrain from bringing external items.
• Alcohol service: Available to guests 21+ with valid ID.
• Special dietary needs: Inform us of allergies or preferences (vegan, gluten-free, etc.) at the time of booking.
• Meal changes on the day may not be possible without prior notice.

Art & Technology Guidelines

• Please don’t touch the art: All visuals and projections are for viewing only.
• Photography welcome: Snap away! But professional equipment requires prior approval.
• Storage available: Large bags and unnecessary gadgets can be stored securely during the experience.

Health & Safety Guidelines

• Adhere to health protocols: Measures such as mask-wearing or distancing may apply based on current regulations.
• Medical considerations: Inform staff of any conditions that may require accommodation.
• Light-sensitive guests: Some experiences include flashing lights and intense visuals—please be aware.

Operational Changes & Cancellations

• Rescheduling: Events may be rescheduled or canceled with prior notice and options for refund or reschedule.
• Experience flow may vary: New artworks and seasonal updates may change parts of the event.
• Punctuality is essential: Late guests may miss parts of the experience and cannot be guaranteed seating.

Location & Hours

• Venue: A specially designed location in Dubai’s vibrant art district (exact address provided upon booking).
• Timings: Typically available in the evenings, with select lunch events or private bookings.

Booking Terms & Conditions

• All bookings are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Tickets will be emailed to you within 2–3 hours after booking.
• Please ensure your email and personal details are correct.
• All same day bookings are subject to availability. Please check with us before booking for same day and we’ll do our best to confirm your reservation.
• If tickets for your chosen dates are sold out, we’ll offer the next available date.
• We are not responsible for venue issues or delays caused by incorrect information.
• We act as a ticketing agent and are not liable for any issues during your visit.
