Ticketing & Entry Rules
- Tickets are non-refundable & non-transferable.
- Online booking is recommended for discounts & guaranteed slots.
- Children under 2 years are NOT allowed inside Ski Dubai.
- Re-entry is NOT permitted once you leave the facility.
- Some activities (e.g., Penguin Encounter) require advance booking.
Safety & Park Rules
- Beginners must take lessons before accessing advanced slopes.
- Jackets, boots & gloves are provided – bring your own hats & scarves.
- No outside food or drinks allowed inside.
- Personal photography allowed – no pro cameras without approval.
- Smoking & vaping strictly prohibited inside.
Penguin Encounter Rules
- Advance booking required – limited slots daily.
- Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
- No flash photography to protect the penguins.
- No touching penguins unless guided by staff.

- Opening Hours: 10 AM – 11 PM (Weekdays), 9 AM – Midnight (Weekends)
- Some attractions may close temporarily for safety or maintenance.
