Age & Health Requirements

• No strict minimum age; children under 12 must be with an adult
• Good physical health required; not suitable for:
  • People with severe vertigo or height phobia
  • Those recovering from recent surgery or with certain medical conditions
  • Pregnant women (consult your doctor before booking)

Weather & Flight Conditions

• Flights are weather-dependent and may be delayed or canceled due to:
  • High winds
  • Rain
  • Poor visibility
• If canceled due to weather, you may:
  • Reschedule your ride
  • Receive a full refund

Booking & Timings

• Advance booking is recommended—especially on weekends and at sunset
• Arrive 15–30 minutes early for check-in and safety briefing
• Late arrivals are non-refundable

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations allowed up to 24 hours before your flight
• No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable
• Weather-related cancellations will be refunded or rescheduled

Dress Code & Photography

• Wear comfortable clothing (avoid loose hats or accessories)
• Photography allowed – bring your camera or phone
• Selfie sticks and drones are not permitted

Additional Notes

• The balloon is safely tethered – it ascends and descends from the same spot
• Total experience time is approx. 30 minutes (includes check-in & briefing)
• Wheelchair accessible with prior notice

Booking Terms & Conditions

• All bookings are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Tickets will be emailed to you within 2–3 hours after booking.
• Please ensure your email and personal details are correct.
• All same day bookings are subject to availability. Please check with us before booking for same day and we’ll do our best to confirm your reservation.
• If tickets for your chosen dates are sold out, we’ll offer the next available date.
• We are not responsible for venue issues or delays caused by incorrect information.
