Tickets & Entry

• Non-Refundable: All tickets are non-refundable once purchased. Please ensure the accuracy of your booking, including the date and time, before finalizing your purchase.
• Advance Booking: It is highly recommended to book tickets in advance due to the high demand, especially during peak seasons.
• Time-Specific: Tickets are for specific time slots, and guests are required to arrive at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may not be accommodated and may forfeit their tickets.

Operating Hours

• Open Daily: The View at The Palm is open every day from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Opening hours may vary during holidays or special events, so it’s best to check before visiting.
• Sunset Experience: The sunset time slot is popular for its stunning views, so it’s advisable to book early for this time.

Dress Code

• Smart Casual: Guests are required to wear smart casual attire. Please refrain from wearing flip-flops, swimwear, or any attire deemed inappropriate for the venue.
• Comfortable Footwear: Given the nature of the attraction, it is advisable to wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes. High heels are not recommended for safety reasons.

Health & Safety

• Security Check: All visitors will be subject to a security check before entry. Please adhere to the guidelines and ensure that you do not bring prohibited items into the venue.
• Health Guidelines: If you are feeling unwell or have any medical conditions that may affect your ability to enjoy the experience, please consult with a staff member before booking.
• Age Restrictions: While there are no strict age limits, the experience is suitable for all ages. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Strollers are not permitted in the observation deck area.

Weather Conditions

• Weather Dependent: The view from the observation deck is best experienced on clear days. While the indoor observation area is unaffected by weather, visibility may be limited during poor weather conditions such as rain, fog, or high winds.
• No Cancellations Due to Weather: The attraction operates regardless of weather conditions. However, should conditions become unsafe for any reason, guests will be offered the chance to reschedule or receive a refund.

Photography

• Personal Photography: Visitors are encouraged to take photos during their visit. However, the use of tripods, selfie sticks, or drones is not allowed within the premises for safety reasons.
• Commercial Photography: If you wish to use professional photography equipment for commercial purposes, prior permission must be obtained from the management.

Prohibited Items & Behavior

• Prohibited Items: The following items are not permitted inside The View at The Palm:
  • Large bags, backpacks, or suitcases
  • Alcohol, drugs, or any illicit substances
  • Pets, except for service animals
• Behavioral Expectations: Guests are expected to behave respectfully and not engage in any disruptive or unsafe activities. Violation of these terms may result in being asked to leave the premises without a refund.

Ticket Validity

• Ticket Validity: Once purchased, tickets are valid for the specific date and time booked. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be changed to a different date or time without prior approval.
• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact customer support at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit. Some conditions may apply.

• Public Transport: Visitors are encouraged to use public transport or taxi services due to limited parking. The venue is easily accessible by metro, with a short walk from the nearest station.

Booking Terms & Conditions

• All bookings are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• All same-day bookings are subject to availability. Please check with us before booking for the same day and we’ll do our best to confirm your reservation.
• If tickets for your chosen dates are sold out, we’ll offer the next available date.
